We understand that selling a home fast or selling a home that is in need of major repair can be challenging and we want to help home owners avoid the headaches of selling their home through an agent. We specialize in helping home owners with unwanted deteriorating un-cared for homes by giving owners fair cash offers and buying their homes if our offer is accepted. We also help home owners who are undergoing tough times such as divorce, foreclosure, health issues, and etc. sell their unwanted properties as well in a fast period of time.

As a progressive real estate investment firm, we are investors at our core! Once the closing process of your un-wanted property is complete, we then begin the process of renovating the property. As real estate investors, being able to develop and turn a property that needs major repairs in to a property with modern touches that meets and exceeds todays standards drives us everyday. Once the rehab process is complete, we typically either sell the property for a profit or keep it as a rental depending on different unique criteria. Sometimes we are unable to complete this task due to a multitude of different reasons which is when we then bring in additional investors to take over. In rare instances, sometimes we bring in additional investors during the closing process as well to take over and continue our mission.
